The Ultimate PPC Daily Campaign Checklist

Pay-per-click or PPC advertising is an excellent way to connect with your target demographic and get them to purchase whatever products or services you may sell.

For many, however, PPC advertising with Google Ads can seem a little complex.

It’s obvious that one would want their ads to appear as high up as possible and to get those clicks. But when it comes down to it, the clicks aren’t what is needed.

Actual conversions that lead to a purchase or phone call is what is needed.

The best way to get as many conversions through PPC advertising as possible is by establishing a checklist for what you need to do every day.

There are a lot of automation platforms out there that are making this checklist shorter and shorter, but there are some tasks that you’ll need to take on yourself that AI can’t quite deal with yet.

Check out this excellent PPC checklist from Mitchell Alomar below!

The Ultimate PPC Daily Campaign Review Checklist

Each business or entrepreneur’s daily PPC checklist varies depending on the niche or industry one may be in. However, these five critical PPC tasks should be followed every day, especially if you’re in the digital agency field.

1 – Identify negative keywords. Take the time to identify all of your possible negative or harmful keywords that may not be serving your specific ad campaign very well. Remove them as soon as you find them.

2- Adjust your daily keyword bids. Everyone wants the most ROI as possible for their ad campaigns. One way to make sure this happens is to optimize your Google Ads bids on a daily basis.

3 – Mobile or desktop targeting based on results. When it comes to marketing, you need to learn everything you can about your target audience and potential customers. One thing to consider is where they are viewing your ads. Are they using a mobile device or a desktop computer? Based on your results, target either mobile or desktop users for lead generation.

4- Add new keywords and remove old keywords. Ensure that you are identifying new keywords and brand new opportunities to generate leads for your ad campaign. Like with negative keywords, don’t be afraid to remove old keywords that aren’t really serving your campaign.

5- Adjust your daily budget to reach your monthly budget. Nobody wants to deal with a surprise budget breach at the end of the month. Keep an eye on how much you are spending on PPC ads as you are getting those daily clicks and charges. Adjust your pricing to reflect your monthly goal.

Keeping a checklist like this is an excellent idea because it can help you keep your cost per click and cost per lead as low as possible. Monitoring your keywords closely can also help ensure that your campaign is as successful as possible.
