Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, such as business and signer names, email addresses, phone numbers, signatures, purchased services, billing records, account permissions, support requests, messages, appointment details, and information needed to perform your order. Clients may provide lawful contact lists, campaign assets, offers, website content, and customer enquiries. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through ordinary email, text, or AI chat.

Our website and connected services may receive device/browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referral links, campaign identifiers, cookie/pixel identifiers, and interactions where those tools are enabled. Payment providers collect payment credentials through their checkout systems; we receive the transaction, billing, and payment-status information needed to administer your order.

How We Use Information

We use information to process orders and payments; verify and record agreements; provide advertising management, outreach, AI replies, appointment support, lead routing, and customer service; maintain accounts and security; measure and improve services; and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Advertising tools may support approved audience matching, retargeting, and campaign measurement, subject to applicable permissions, notices, and law.

Who May Receive Information

Information needed to perform services may be processed by authorized team members and service providers, including connected AI providers, payment processors, hosting/security providers, email/SMS/phone carriers, and the advertising platforms used for your purchased services, such as Meta, Google/YouTube, or Amazon. These providers may have their own privacy terms and process data in the United States or other countries.

We may disclose information when lawfully required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate protections. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in records or text-message consent for third-party marketing. Messaging providers may process them to deliver and administer messages. Client contact lists are used only for authorized services; advertising-platform sharing requires the applicable lawful basis and notice.

AI and Appointment Services

If Confirmation AI is enabled, connected customer messages and approved business knowledge may be processed by connected AI providers to generate replies and perform approved calendar actions. AI can make errors. Avoid submitting sensitive information; contact the business or our team when human assistance is needed. Client businesses must authorize their integrations, provide accurate content, and give their customers any required AI/privacy disclosures and consent choices.

Cookies, Advertising, and Your Choices

Essential technologies support checkout, security, and basic operation. Analytics or advertising technologies, where enabled, may measure visits, attribute advertising, or support audience targeting. Use any available cookie controls, browser settings, and platform advertising/privacy settings to manage these tools. Where applicable law provides an opt-out from sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, contact support@alomarmarketing.com to exercise it; legally required opt-out signals and choices will be handled under applicable law. A service checkout checkbox is not consent to optional advertising cookies.

Email, Calls, and Text Messages

Service-related messages may concern your order, account, support, or appointments. Promotional messages require a separate lawful basis or consent where required. Buying a service or acknowledging this policy does not enroll you in marketing texts. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance; message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using its unsubscribe link. Essential account notices may still be sent through another appropriate channel.

Hosted Accounts, Retention, and Security

Managed records and configurations may be hosted under our administrative account. Contractual restrictions on transferring the hosted system do not remove your rights in customer information or legally required access, export, return, deletion, or retention. We retain information as reasonably needed for service delivery, contracts, billing, legal obligations, security, and disputes, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate, subject to provider backups and lawful retention.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures and limit access to people and providers who need it. No system is completely secure. Clients must protect their logins, use appropriate account security, and provide only information they are authorized to share.

Privacy Requests and Legal Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling; or appeal a denied request. Email support@alomarmarketing.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.” We may verify identity or authority and will respond within applicable legal deadlines without unlawful discrimination. You may contact your state privacy regulator or attorney general about unresolved concerns. If information belongs to a client business’s customer records, we will direct the request to that business or assist as required.

Children, External Services, and Updates

These business marketing services are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information so we can investigate and act as required. External websites, advertising platforms, and client businesses follow their own policies. We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date and giving any notice or obtaining any consent required for material changes; changes do not remove existing legal rights.
