• Plan Commitments: Plans A, D, and F carry a 12-month commitment with 30 days’ email cancellation notice to support@alomarmarketing.com. Early cancellation exit fee: $3,000 capped at unpaid fees. Plans B, C, E, and G have no annual commitment or early termination fee.
• Ad Spend & Provider Costs: Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta, Google, Amazon, or other platforms and is separate from agency management charges.
• Support & Learning Period: Campaigns launch within 30 days. Meta learning phase typically requires 7–14 days without routine edits. Support is available Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern with replies in 1–2 business days.
• No Result Guarantee: Leads are inquiries, not guaranteed sales. Outcomes depend on offers, follow-up, and platforms.
